These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DCR Live website at dcrmedia.live (the "Site"), operated by DCR Media ("DCR Media," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. ABOUT DCR LIVE

DCR Live is a division of DCR Media. The Site provides information about DCR Live gatherings — private, curated, salon-style live conversations and podcast recordings for the AI infrastructure economy — and allows visitors to request access.

2. ACCESS REQUESTS AND INVITATIONS

DCR Live gatherings are private, invitation-only events with curated audiences. Submitting a request through the Site does not create any right to attend, any reservation, or any obligation on our part. We may accept or decline any request at our sole discretion and without explanation. Invitations are personal, non-transferable, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

3. EVENT RECORDINGS

DCR Live gatherings may be recorded in audio and video for publication as podcasts, video content, and other media. By attending a DCR Live gathering, you acknowledge that your likeness, voice, and contributions may appear in recordings and consent to DCR Media's use of such recordings in its media properties. Specific consent terms may be provided at the event and will control if they differ from these Terms.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law
• Submit false or misleading information in an access request
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or connected systems
• Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site by automated means
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site and its contents — including the DCR Media and DCR Live names, marks, logos, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and design — are owned by or licensed to DCR Media and are protected by intellectual property laws. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
